The hiring of any service offered by Drake EVT Lic. EVT File No. 13900 involves the total acceptance of these General Conditions.
Both parties expressly submit to the ordinary courts of the city of Ushuaia, province of Tierra del Fuego, Argentine Republic, renouncing any other jurisdiction.

DRAKE (EVT FILE 13900) explicitly states that it acts solely as an intermediary between passengers and the different providers or people who provide the services indicated in their programs, that is, transport companies, excursion providers, etc. The company is not responsible for the events that occur due to chance, force majeure, weather conditions and / or events of nature that occur before or during the development of the tour and prevent, delay or hinder in any way the total or partial execution of the features promised by the company. In the event of an accident, when the transportation is carried out in vehicles hired by the organizer, the traveler expressly submits to the current legislation in force in the nation where the car has been registered, waiving any right that may correspond to him, thus any compensation that may be applicable will be paid to the interested parties, beneficiaries or legal representatives in the country where the vehicle is registered and in the local currency.

DRAKE’s responsibility is limited to making the reservation and paying the price of the booked service according to the conditions agreed with each provider.

Should this be overcome, it is sole liability of the service providers that are hired on behalf of the passenger.

Should the passenger do not use the service or transfers included in the itinerary for any specific reason, he will not be entitled to any refund or claim unless he has agreed with the cancellation policy described below.


Rates are expressed in American dollars.
For payments in Argentinean pesos the selling exchange rate will be taken on the day of payment according to the Nación Argentina Bank. All rates are subject to modifications without further notice.

Rates include services as mentioned in the vouchers delivered when placing the payment of your trip.


All services that are not included are listed and specified in the trip information with an estimated cost.
Any item that is not specifically included on this list is responsibility of the passenger.


Full payment is required for single reservations.
Payments must be made upon reservation.


Cancellations with more than 10 days prior to the beginning of the first hired service will be free of charge and 100% refund will be granted.

Cancellations within 9 and 7 days prior to the beginning of the first hired service will result in a 25% cancellation fee and 75% refund will be granted.

Cancellations within 6 and 4 days prior to the beginning of the first hired service will result in a 50% cancellation fee and 50% refund will be granted.

Cancellations within 3 days prior to the beginning of the first hired services, will not be refundable and will result in a cancellation fee of 100%.

All claims regarding our cancellation policies should be addressed and processed directly to DRAKE.

All refunds will be reimbursed in American dollars to the credit card used to purchase the service.


Changes of passenger holder are free of charge up to 4 days prior to departure date.

Any change requested after the 4th day prior to departure date is at the discretion of the tour operator.


We reserve the right to modify or cancel any of the stages of the programs without further notice, should this be necessary to guarantee a better development of the trip or force majeure, as stated in Law 18,829.
Should unexpected circumstances force us to suspend any of the services programmed, passengers will only be entitled to the refund of the cancelled services.


Weather conditions in Ushuaia and Tierra del Fuego are well known for their weather changing conditions.

Excursions are not canceled due to rain or unfavorable weather conditions.
The company is not responsible for extreme weather conditions or misfortunes which may hinder totally or partially the development of the activities.
In the event of the cancellation of any activity of which 65% of the total tour has been completed, no refunds whatsoever will be available.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Reservations for children under the age of 12 are upon request and depend on the tour booked.

Children under the age of 5 are not allowed in group excursions and a private family tour can be offered for families with young children.


Should there be any claims or complaints, these will be received by th company within a period of fifteen calendar days, from the date of the end of the tour.

All claims regarding services provided should be addressed directly to DRAKE, who will in turn direct these to the operators.


THE CLIENT gives the free, express and informed consent according to Law 25,326 and its regulations, so the information gathered by virtue of the foregoing, can be relinquished and/or transfered to controlling and controlled or related companies to DRAKE EVT, in the Argentine Republic and / or in any other jurisdiction even if it does not hold the same standards in terms of personal data protection as the Argentine Republic (including, without limitation, the Republic of Chile), for advertising, promotional, marketing, or processing purposes, storage or management of the stipulated service.
The owner of personal information has the power to exercise, free of charge, the right of access, rectification or deletion of their data at intervals of not less than six months, unless a legitimate interest to that effect is established in accordance with the provisions of section. 14, subsection 3 of Law 25,326.

DIRECTORATE OF PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA, Control Agency of Law No. 25,326, has the power to address complaints and claims that are filed in relation to non-compliance with the regulations on protection of personal data.
